Orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our support team will review your request and assist you promptly.
Payments

Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, face masks and products exposed to body fluids are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
